    ST Elevation in lateral leads 1 and Avl with reciprocal changes..high lateral MI

    South African flag sign: St elevation in 1,avl,v2,st depression in lII- OM culprit artery.
    If st elevation 1,avl,not V2- Diagonal culprit artery
