Posterior wall aneurysm and MR with posteriorly directed jet

Echocardiography showing Posterior wall aneurysm and MR with posteriorly directed jet. We expect involvement of Right Coronary Artery on angiography of this patient. If patient presents with chest pain and shock then surgery will be the main treatment (CABG + Aneurysm and MV Repair), IABP may be inserted before surgery.
