If you are just starting to learn echocardiography, you will find that learning the full echo examination protocol will be immensely useful. For example if a patient exercised for 8 mins , and there is ST depression of 1mm, and he experience angina but exercise was not stopped due to this chest pain, his DTS will be -1 (i.e 8 minus 5 and minus 4). Comment to ask any question if not clear.
